By using skboutique.com, the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here and/or elsewhere on the site.

In order to use skboutique.com, the user has accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.

  2. All products are checked, screened, and assured by us to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

  3. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of SK Boutique

  4. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on SK Boutique shall not be entertained.

  5. No refunds nor store credit will be given once orders have been placed and have been paid for.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The amount shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

  7. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by SK Boutique for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

  8. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information that skboutique.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point in time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, skboutique.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of SK Boutique and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

  9. skboutique.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

  10. skboutique.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers/shops, etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond our control of us.

  11. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  12. skboutique.com shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered.

  13. If the user has any questions, doubts, or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email: skboutique.za@gmail.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

  14. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs, then skboutique.com is not liable to pay/refund any amount more than the order value of the customer.

  15. Product images are just for reference only, actual product colour, fabrics, and designs may vary from the original product.

Shipping Policy

  • We deliver to all and any postal address around South Africa. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with a pin code/zip code.

  • To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. 

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture.

  • Further deliveries are generally made during regular working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

  • Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Calculating Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping costs on each additional item—fair & transparent shipping rates.

  • If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Transit Risk

  • SK Boutique will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

  • We will send you an email/ SMS regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails/ SMS will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery.

  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Returns & Refunds 

  • Quality products that are priced at an honest value and backed by the best customer service possible. Our customers will remain our focus in the future. We will care for each customer, one at a time, each time we hear from him or her. After all everything is about… Emotions and Expressions...

  • While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them with 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customized products. We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes.

Return & Refund Terms and Conditions:​

  • Please note that we are not accepting returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouses.

  • Return requests regarding strains or damage faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. In these cases, you will also need to send an image of the product, and a digital copy of the invoice of the product.
